大修 需提交Manuscript and Figure Source Files 这是指插入了图片的稿件吗？ 原文是这么说的： 3) Manuscript and Figure Source Files (mandatory) We cannot accommodate PDF manuscript files for production purposes. We also ask that when submitting your revision you follow the journal formatting guidelines. Figures and tables may be embedded within the source file for the submission as long as they are of sufficient resolution for Production. For any figure that cannot be embedded within the source file (such as *.PSD Photoshop files), the original figure needs to be uploaded separately. Refer to the Guide for Authors for additional information. 请大神帮助！！！  |

很简单的，亲： 1、分条逐步回答修改意见，我建议你最好弄一个 anthors response to reviewers'comment remplate. 逐条回答逐条按照REVIEERS的COMMENTS修改，包括你拒绝修改的原因等等。一般是WORD格式，左边是REVIEWER的意见，右边是你的回复，注意语气态度。 2、分别提交你的修改稿，分别标记好"Revised Manuscript (Marked)"和"Revised Manuscript (Unmarked)". 3、Manuscript 和Figure重新提交，参考GUIDELINE，其中FIGURE是提交源文件，并且不允许插在手稿里提交，估计你开始是把FIGURE直接插在MANUSCRIPT里面了。但是图表和插图都是必须与MANUSCRIPT分开提交的，不要用PDF，使用WORD； 4、网上提交HIGHLIGHTS,不少于85个字符，包括所有的空格和符号，注意是字符不是字。HIGHLIGHT必须包括了你文章的精髓部分，并且是在网络上单独提交，也就是说，不要和MANUSCRIPT一起提交，是单独的文件。 |

You should also include a suitable rebuttal to any specific request for change that has not been made. 2) A marked version (changes highlighted/marked) of your manuscript, which should be uploaded as "Revised Manuscript (Marked)". The clean, unmarked version usable for printing purposes should be uploaded as the "Revised Manuscript (Unmarked)". 3) Manuscript and Figure Source Files (mandatory) We cannot accommodate PDF manuscript files for production purposes.
