IJEPES 回复空白的审稿意见，不太清楚怎么修改，求兄弟姐妹帮助。。。。 已有2人参与

下午收到IJEPES的审稿意见，去年8月份投的，不太清楚编辑是什么意思，不懂如何修改，第一次投SCI，求大家帮助 The reviewers have completed the reviews on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form. However, if you feel that you can suitably address the reviewers' comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript. Please note that following these alterations the paper will be re-refereed. Please carefully address the issues raised in the comments, and: a) outline each change made (point by point) as raised in the reviewer comments AND/OR b) provide a suitable rebuttal to each reviewer comment not addressed In order to ensure that the paper is up to date you are required to reference at least 4 papers published in Journals in the last 2 years. To submit your revision, please do the following: 1. Go to: http://ees.elsevier.com/ijepes/ 2. Enter your login details 3. Click [Author Login] This takes you to the Author Main Menu. 4. Click [Submissions Needing Revision] NOTE: Upon submitting your revised manuscript, please upload the source files for your article. For additional details regarding acceptable file formats, please refer to the Guide for Authors at: http://www.elsevier.com/journals/international-journal-of-electrical-power-and-energy-systems/0142-0615/guide-for-authorsWhen submitting your revised paper, we ask that you include the following items: Response to Reviewers (mandatory) This should be a separate file labeled "Response to Reviewers" that carefully addresses, point-by-point, the issues raised in the comments appended below. You should also include a suitable rebuttal to any specific request for change that you have not made. Mention the page, paragraph, and line number of any revisions that are made. Manuscript and Figure Source Files (mandatory) We cannot accommodate PDF manuscript files for production purposes.
