[求助] 第一次投SCI，收到如下回复，请各位帮忙看看如何应对。已有1人参与

Thank you for submitting your manuscript entitled "XXXX" to PLOS ONE.  Your manuscript files have been checked in house but before we can proceed, we need you to address the following issues:

1) Please indicate in your methods section, and in the ‘ethics’ field in the submission system (via Edit Submission) whether written informed consent was given by participants (or next of kin/caregiver in the case of children) for their clinical records to be used in this study. If consent was not obtained please indicate whether patient records/information was anonymized and de-identified prior to analysis.

第一次投SCI，杂志是PLOS ONE，内容是一篇消化道肿瘤术前化疗的回顾性分析，被编辑要求作出如下答复。
事实上，没有written informed consent，也没有anonymized and de-identified prior to analysis，我该如何回答。实话实说，还是……？
求各位指点，该如何应对，如果实话实说，会不会影响编辑对本文的印象导致无法发表？
