急求好心虫友帮我翻译一句中文成英文啊！急！！！ 已有7人参与

| XX教授，您好！我前段时间发您的2封邮件可能由于网络，您没收到，现在我改用这个邮箱和您联系。按照你第一封回信的要求，我准备好了资助信和CV。资助信和CV都在附件中，另外我的护照扫描件也在附件中。请问办D表还需要别的什么材料吗？如果不需要别的什么材料了，麻烦您给我办下D表。我打算9月底去美国。 |

对不起，漏掉一句，补上重发， 请参考： Dear Prof.xxx Hope everything is fine with you. I'm afraid the two e-mails I sent to you some time ago failed to reach you owing to network problems. Therefore I am using the current e-mail address to contact you.As required in your first response, I have prepared the financial status statement and CV which can be found together with the scanned copy of my passport in the attachment. Would you please advise me if any other documents are necessary to avail Form D? If no other document is needed, please kindly help me to get Form D. I intend to arrive at the States at the end of September. |

Dear Professor XX： You might not have received the two mails I sent you a couple of weeks ago, probably for networking reasons, and because of this, I`m now contacting you using this account. Now, I`ve prepared the funding letter and the CV according to your requirements in your first mail and they are mailed as accessories. In addition,the scanned document of my passport is also available in the accessory. Lastly, I wish to know whether any documents is required for the handling of table D? If nothing is required, may I ask you to handle it for me? Thanks! Besides, I plan to go to America in September. |
