[求助] 求助polyrate安装运行问题

最近想用polyrate进行反应速率常数的计算，但是安装运行一直出现问题，还请大神能够指导指导，感激不尽！！！
下面是问题的具体描述：我的系统是64位桌面版的Ubuntu12.04（以前没用过linux，比较小白），软件版本为polyrate2010-A，安装过程如下
chenchaoxu@Hunter:~$ cd polyrate2010-A
chenchaoxu@Hunter:~/polyrate2010-A$ ./configure

Starting from version 2008, POLYRATE has two kinds of executables:

1. RP-VTST for reactions with potential energy barriers (serial code)
2. VRC-VTST for barrierless bimolecular association reactions (MPI code)

RP-VTST and VRC-VTST need different executables and they should be
compiled separately by running this script

到此提示安装成功了，但是在运行自带的算例的时候却出现如下提示：

gmake: Command not found.
mv: 无法获取"poly.fu1" 的文件状态(stat): 没有那个文件或目录
mv: 无法获取"poly.fu6" 的文件状态(stat): 没有那个文件或目录
mv: 无法获取"poly.fu14" 的文件状态(stat): 没有那个文件或目录
mv: 无法获取"poly.fu15" 的文件状态(stat): 没有那个文件或目录
mv: 无法获取"esp.fu61" 的文件状态(stat): 没有那个文件或目录
只会生成一个time文件，内容是：
/home/chenchaoxu/polyrate2010-A/exe/polyrate2010-A.ch5.serial.exe: Command not found.
