关于 fix nvt 和fix press/berendsen 命令合用

manual上说fix press/berendsen 可以跟 fix nvt合用，我试了一下，输出的 pressure 、temp等参数都是nan ,另外我认为 这两个命令合用就固定了模拟系统的 温度 压强以及体积所有变量，那整个系统如何来保证 压强不变？应该是不合理的，为什么手册上说可以合用？ 另外如果 fix nve ,fix press/berendsen,fix temp/berendsen合用是一样的效果吧？请高手指点 手册上的说明： IMPORTANT NOTE: Unlike the fix npt or fix nph commands which perform Nose/Hoover barostatting AND time integration, this fix does NOT perform time integration. It only modifies the box size and atom coordinates to effect barostatting. Thus you must use a separate time integration fix, like fix nveor fix nvtto actually update the positions and velocities of atoms. This fix can be used in conjunction with thermostatting fixes to control the temperature, such as fix nvt or fix langevinor fix temp/berendsen. |
