论文的审稿意见求大家看怎么修改 已有2人参与

The authors do not appear to have calculated the random error of the calibration curve and propagated that with the error in the blank and the error in the measurement of single samples. This involves linear regression on the calibration curve, and from that calculation of the standard deviation of the slope and intercept. This can then be propagated by quadratic addition of these errors with the standard deviation of the blank and individual measurements. Indeed, the errors given are small enough for me to know that they did not do this. Before sophisticated statistical techniques can be employed the basic error in the measurement must be known, and that includes the error of calibration. 是需要增加测定时的标准曲线就行了吗？一直没闹明白，统计学不好害人呀，编辑让小修。。。 |
