Whilst an interesting paper and within the scope of the journal, the manuscript reports a straight forward analysis of a relatively limited experimental program; therefore I must reject it. I also strongly recommend that when you next submit a paper, you nominate international reviewers who are not based in China。
paper 在杂志范围内，但是相对狭隘的实验方案得出直接的分析（可能是怀疑方案与对应实验分析之间的关系），所以他不得不拒稿。并且建议你在下次投稿的时候，最好是推荐非本土（中国）评审者（审稿人）。我事这么理解的希望对你有用。主要问题是对你实验的怀疑，除非你有好的解释，系统的给审稿人解释一下，你的方案和实验数据的正确性，他可能还会给你机会。但是看样子 机会很小了，要不就改投别的杂志吧
