[求助] TSCAS2-Resubmit after Minor Revision

resubmit了3次，现在是Resubmit after Minor Revision，都要疯掉了！一下comments

以上是5为reviewer的意见，前4位基本上没有什么问题了就是论文english比较烂，最后一位我觉得有点难缠，我已经解释了，但是还是说我没有novelty！我都怀疑他是否有没有仔细读我的文章，介于结论是“resubmit after minor revision”，我还需要理他吗？
关键是他们都说我的english烂，看了我要好好润色一下了，大家有没有比较好的有偿润色服务可以推荐一下？
