[求助] 怎样在导电玻璃上引ZnO的晶种? 已有2人参与

大神们,小女今年研一,现在刚有了课题,我现在想在导电玻璃上引ZnO的晶种,然后在上面长Zn2GeO3的阵列,但不知道怎么引晶种?可否详细告诉我,谢谢

In our experimental procedure, a substrate was coated with a
droplet of 0.01M zinc acetate dihydrate aqueous solution,
rinsed with distilled water after 5 s, and then blown dry
with a stream of nitrogen as Yang reported. This coating
step is repeated five times to ensure the uniform coating
uniformly on entire substrate. Then, the substrate coated
with a film of zinc acetate crystallites is heated to 360 1C in
air atmosphere for 30 min to yield layers of ZnO seeds on
the substrate surface. The coating procedure was carried
out three times to ensure a uniform coverage of ZnO seeds。你觉得这种方法可行吗?水一冲不就掉了吗?

就是这样子的,多重复几次浸泡吹干的程序,上面肯定会有醋酸锌的放心好了。最简单的当然是ALD或者其他溅射
梦想不能当饭吃啊
