BB 审稿意见，有几点不清楚，希望大家给指点

1、 What is the effect of potential competing substrates -- you may find those in "real samples". Please show the response of any significant Competing Substrates as a Time-based, "dose-response", "Stair case" fluorescence intensity -- and not as bar graph. Thus, I would like to see a plot of [Fluorescence Intensity] versus [Time], this is the only dynamic way in which the effect of Competing Substrates can be clearly assessed. 2、To be able to claim novelty of your work, I would like to be convince that your sensor or sensing method is better than other ones, already on the market. To be useful in final analysis, it is also a question of performance/price ratio for one type of analysis. Also, the <Time Duration; TD> from start to finish is important. It would be of great help to the reviewers to have these elements <performance/price ratio> and <TD analysis time> -- compared with similar systems commercially available, when they would judge your work, even as I understand this is not yet close to a prototype.
