ELSEVIER下投稿View Decision为Revise as Technical Note该怎么办 已有2人参与

第一次投稿文章，选择投稿的期刊是ELSEVIER下的applied acoustics期刊，现在有了回复，Current Status为revise，View Decision为Revise as Technical Note，回信内容为： The paper presents a modified method that appears to produce better acoustic images than an existing technique. The result is of interest to the readers of the journal. However, the validation and data analysis are of limited scope and not comprehensive or systematic enough to qualify as a full research study. The Editor's decision is that the paper should be revised as a short Technical Note. If you are prepared to re-submit the manuscript as a Technical Note, I would be pleased to send the revision for review and consider my decision afterwards. Please submit your revision online through EES, and do not send your revised manuscript or response directly to the Editor. If you decide to revise the work, please submit a list of changes or a rebuttal against each point which is being raised when you submit the revised manuscript.
