我的理解如下： converting the recovered silicon-containing solids into gaseous silicon forms：将含硅的固体颗粒转变成气态硅 subjecting to purification by minimal distillation：纯化方法采用最低强度的蒸馏 collecting the gaseous silicon forms as a condensed liquid of silicon-containing compounds: 收集气态硅冷凝液得到含硅化合物 utilizing the silicon-containing compounds for silicon deposition：使用这种含硅化合物可作一种硅的沉积方法。 注： distillation不翻成蒸发，而翻成蒸馏，因为目的是纯化而不是浓缩 通常蒸馏的操作因素主要是温度和压强，压强特定条件下，可选择较高温度的高强度蒸馏，也可选择低温度的低强度蒸馏。如真空度-0.095MPa，甲醇在最低强度，40度左右即可蒸出， 水的最低强度，70度左右蒸出，因此minimal distillation最好翻成最低强度蒸馏，不宜翻成最低温度蒸馏 纯学术探讨，个人观点而异，水平有限 |
