可否再解一惑：


“注：a活性指数A，3 d活性指数按下式计算：
A3=R3/R03×100%                                                                      (1)

R3—试验试样3 d抗压强度，MPa。”


这是表格下面关于一个公式的注解，该怎么翻译出来合适呢？不用把内容都翻译出来。。。

Where: A3― activity index for 3d of the cement additives ，％
R03—compressive strength for 3d of the blank sample ，MPa；
R3—compressive strength for 3d of the sample ，MPa；
activity index for 28d is calculated according to the following formula:

hyphen is fine, or use denote or stands for.
there is no need to use : after where, between the denotations, use ; instead of ,
