[交流] running habit

I usually run at 10pm ,before I sleep,so ,what time do you think it is the best time to run? Now more and more university students even can't stand to run 1000 meters,so  is there anybody  keeping running everyday? Come on ,give me your opinion!

it is hard to keep fit ,like go to gym or just run along the street,and i think the air is much better than school outside.

I think doing practice before going to bed is a good habit, you can sleep well after excercise, and also it is convenient to have a shower at this time.

yeah,it is helpful to fall in sleep,and doing exercise makes me happy

different people have different systems in their body,try to keep health,someone like to walk ,some run or by  gym,so find a suitable way to exercise.
