| I usually run at 10pm ,before I sleep,so ,what time do you think it is the best time to run? Now more and more university students even can't stand to run 1000 meters,so is there anybody keeping running everyday? Come on ,give me your opinion! |

| when i was in college, i always run at 9.30-10.00pm. also before i slepp. i kept the habbit for 3 years at school. when i graduted, no good places for me to keep running. good for u, man, just keep running |

| I used to jogging in the evenings for a very short period of time when i was in Singapore. However, it is quite a bit challenging for me to keep on doing so.. I must say that i am a lazy woman....
