初次投稿，编辑回信看不懂，请教一下大家，谢谢了。内容如下： The reviewer has commented on your above paper and indicated that it is acceptable for publication with some corrections. However, before submitting it to The review process, it is requested that Authors improve substantially the English presentation, both grammar and style. Authors are strongly recommended to have their paper revised for language by a native English or equivalent expert. Authors are asked to write in colour any language improvement made in their revised text. For example in the Abstract: lINE 3- " respectively" is redundand and to be omitted LINE 7- "With the increasing of annealing" write "With the increase of annealing" or "With increasing annealing" LINE 9- "to be superhydrophilic, and the hydrophilicity of the films remains "shall be "exhibit superhydrophilicity that remains " etc. |

The reviewer has commented on your above paper and indicated that it is acceptable for publication with some corrections.这句话是不是说修改后可以接受发表？ 但是后面又有一句The above paper may possibly be of some technical interest. However, before submitting it to The review process, it is requested that Authors improve substantially the English presentation, both grammar and style.这句是不是说英语语法等方面修改后才能审稿？ 谢谢了 |
