初次投稿，编辑回信看不懂，请教一下大家，谢谢了。内容如下：

The reviewer has commented on your above paper and indicated that it is acceptable for publication with some corrections.

I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript carefully addressing the issues raised in the reviewer's comments (included below).

Please also:

a) outline each change made (point by point) as raised in the reviewer comments
   
  AND/OR

b) provide a suitable rebuttal to each reviewer comment not addressed

The  above paper may possibly be of some technical interest. However, before submitting it to
The review process, it is requested that Authors improve substantially the English presentation, both grammar and style.

Authors  are strongly recommended to have their paper revised for language by a native English or equivalent expert.

Authors are asked to write in colour any language improvement made in their revised text.

For example in the Abstract:

lINE 3-  " respectively" is redundand and to be omitted
LINE 7- "With the increasing of annealing"  write "With the increase of annealing"  or  "With  increasing  annealing"

LINE 9- "to be superhydrophilic, and the hydrophilicity of the films remains "shall be "exhibit superhydrophilicity that remains  "  

etc.

要求你好好修改语言，最好找母语是英语的帮你润色。另外还要求你把文稿中修改的地方用有颜色的字体标出来！祝好！

具体是什么意思？好像只是英语表达方面的修改，是不是要求要英语重新修改后再重新投稿？还是说审稿人已经审稿了，并且可以接受发表？

但是后面又有一句The  above paper may possibly be of some technical interest. However, before submitting it to The review process, it is requested that Authors improve substantially the English presentation, both grammar and style.这句是不是说英语语法等方面修改后才能审稿？
