[求助] 小弟有一篇文章被自己本校老师拒了，想再投，求分析，谢谢！

大神们，我想请教一下，我投了一篇文章在某个期刊上。它需要作者推荐5个审稿人，然后在作者推荐的5个审稿人中选三个作为审稿人和该杂志再找两个外审的审稿人。
但是我的文章被自己的推荐的其中一个审稿人（我认识的本校的老师）拒了，拒稿理由：There are numerous grammatical errors in this paper. The paper was not written in a logical way, and therefore it is very difficult to catch the points from this terrible paper. The paper should be definitely rejected in view of the poor writing and pointless results.
外审的两个审稿人中，口气比较严重的审稿意见就是如下两条：
1. It would be better if more test results are incorporated in this manuscript. Title numbers and sub title numbers should be added.
2. Layout and explanation should be improved: title of each section should be reconsidered seriously, figures and tables better within context separately, they help explain the procedure and results of experiment 。
