求助 cc证书选哪一个

最近接收了一篇《Chemical Physics Letters》，接收了以后需要填一个cc证书，发来三个cc证书，让选其中一个，我选了第三个 CC BY (http://cdn.elsevier.com/promis_misc/elsevier-cc-by.pdf) – CC BY-NC-SA (http://cdn.elsevier.com/promis_misc/elsevier-cc-by-nc-sa.pdf) – CC BY-NC-ND (http://cdn.elsevier.com/promis_misc/elsevier-cc-by-nc-nd.pdf) 让后就受到一封邮件说什么-you have confirmed that “No, I do not want to sponsor the article for Open Access myself”. Hence we are unable to process your request. 这是什么意思。求大侠指点 邮件如下：：： Thank you for your mail. As per the details you have mentioned in the Funding Body Agreement on 27/06/2013, we noticed that the research reported in the article was not funded by any of the listed funding bodies. And you have confirmed that “No, I do not want to sponsor the article for Open Access myself”. Hence we are unable to process your request. Please note that Permitted reuse is defined by the author's choice of open access user license. Kindly be informed that choosing a CC (creative commons) license means that your article will be published as open access and in this case publication fee of $2600 excluding taxes (Learn more about Elsevier's pricing policy: http://www.elsevier.com/openaccesspricing) will be collected from you or the funding body you are associated with. Please refer the online guide for authors section in the respective Journal you wish to publish.
