[交流] how to say no？

There must be something unwilling to come during our daily life，some days ago ，my senior sister apprentice ask me to synthesis some intermediate products for her， but i'm busy these days，i haven't the wit to say no，if you meet something similar to me ，what would you do？？

you may tell her you are buzy these days, you can not give her the intermediate products immediately.
if this is an urgent need,you can give your suggestions when she does it herself.

maybe you are unwilling to help her, you can say your are so busy that you cannot assit to synthesis some products .you can tell her some methods.let her do it by herself ,if she still have no idea,you may give some suggestions in details .

Honesty is the best policy. Just tell her that you are kept so busy that you cannot spare enough time for this.But try to be polite in yourtone. Say something like: I'm so sorry that I am not be able to help this time as I've been busy with...
