[交流] 影响因子也不是那么靠谱已有10人参与

2013年的IF已经发布，细心的观众会发现，有些杂志IF高的离谱，比如PLANT MOL BIO REP
5.3，而其大哥 PLANT MOL BIO才3.5， 另外组培的那个杂志 PLANT CELL TISS ORG CUL也是3点多，这种靠疯狂自引提高自己的IF有意思吗，可靠吗？能说明这个杂志的水平吗？恐怕大家心里都清楚，所以说IF也不是那么靠谱的。自己行业内什么杂志好自己心里应该有点数的。
现在没有时间来查他们今年的自引，把去年整理的发给大家看看。去年我已经注意到这两个杂志了，越来越猖狂啊！

千呼万唤之中，昨天晚上，确切的说是6月29日凌晨，2011年的SCI Impact factor （IF) 终于出来了，结果可谓几家欢喜几家忧啊！

生物类（主要指与植物相关）老牌杂志的IF普遍没有什么增加，甚至有的还略微下降。如plant cell去年9.396，今年破9了，跌到8.987了；
plant physiology 由去年6.451略升到今年的6.535；plant Journal去年6.948，今年则降到6.16；planta算是勉勉强强地保住了3分金身破，正好3.0。

与此相反，往常一些名不见经传的低分杂志，今年的IF却一路飙升，如PLANT CELL TISS ORG去年1.243，今年3.09，超过了老牌杂志PLANTA；PLANT MOL BIOL REP去年0.825，今年却达到了2.453；MOL BIOL REP去年1.875，今年却飙到了2.929,几近3。这是为什么呢？
难道这些老牌杂志都跟不上潮流了，落后于时代了？

仔细研究了一下JCR报告，才发现了其中的奥秘。总的来说，这3个杂志大幅提高IF的方法无他，唯自引也！

先看PLANT CELL TISS ORG，JCR报告见http://admin-apps.webofknowledge ... PLANT+CELL+TISS+ORG。如下图：

自引率达到53％之多，去掉自引后IF只有1.422；

而MOL BIOL REP，JCR报告http://admin-apps.webofknowledge ... ournal=MOL+BIOL+REP

自引率高达57％，去掉自引率后其IF只有1.047；

自引率只有4％，去掉自引后其IF仍达到2.854，正好是PLANT CELL TISS ORG的两倍，足见JCR的部分IF水分有多高。

Journal Immediacy Index
单靠自引，能降一个不到3的杂志提高到31点多，自引率达到90％之多，这是多大的魄力，何等的疯狂！
看到这，大家应该知道有些杂志IF突然升高的奥秘了，我不明白的是，为什么Thomson Reuters 对此置若罔闻呢？这样对那些老老实实的杂志是否不公呢？ 这样的IF还有什么可信度，还有什么参考价值？

lz说的这些自引还是可以查得到的，不算太bug
就我所知有一种方式更隐蔽
一个叫做Journal of Biomedical Nanotechnology的期刊，和一个叫做 Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology的期刊是相同的出版社，主编好像也是一样的
奇葩的是，JNN在接受文章时，主编会让你引用JBN上的一些有关的文献，而且推荐6-10篇
从而显著提高了IF，有没有大幅自引出现
多和谐，哈哈

楼主说的有一定道理，但也不尽然。其他杂志不了解，但Plant cell tissue organ culture在文章选用上还是有很大的改变的，以前确实是以组培为主，但近两年，一期杂志基本只能找到1篇组培文章，主要选用的是生物技术及基因工程的文章，这种转型应该也是影响因子提高的一个因素。

International J Mol Sci，上面竟然发 Antioxidants的东西，请问Molecular在哪里？
