| To survey the deposition thickness of the composite film, in this article, a composite film composed of metallic copper and graphite was prepared on the substrate of the common glass by a direct current sputtering method. The effect of sputtering technological conditions on the thickness of the composite film was investigated through adjusting a series of technological parameters including the height of the substrate platform, the pressure, current and voltage of sputtering. The thickness of the film prepared by sputtering method was determined with a film thickness tester. The optimal technological conditions of preparing the composite film composed of metallic copper and graphite was systematically discussed as well. |

The paper is to investigate metallic Cu and graphite composite film deposited onto the commercial glass substrates by DC sputtering. | In order to explore the metal Cu and graphite composite film sedimentary thickness. This paper prepared metal Cu and graphite composite film by the DC sputtering on glass substrates. By regulating the sputtering pressure, sputtering current, sputtering voltage and the height of substrate table sputtering process parameters in this series, which can explore the sputter deposition process conditions that may effect on the thickness of the composite film. The preparation of composite films is used thickness analyzer,which can discuss the growth of Cu and graphite composite films optimum conditions systematically. |
