第一次投稿，RSC的OBC，好像结果是修改后重投，想问下这是怎么个状况，希望大不？请问编辑喊我修改重投是个客套话吗？两个审稿意见，都没有具体拒绝，但是都提了一些问题，编辑建议我修改后重投，请问是客套话吗？修改后重投需要把之前的审稿意见做回答并附上吗？小弟第一次投稿，求大虾指点！！！
