求助大家帮我看一下编辑给我的回复

投了一个国外期刊，编辑回复了，但不明白是什么意思，想请大家帮我看看，第一次投稿没有经验，第三条的certificate大家有没有模板，如有的话，能不能提供给一个，谢谢大家！提供模板给10金币 (i) Always quote the reference number given above while making correspondence concerning the article (ii) Kindly provide names of two Indian and two foreign active researchers of repute along with their complete postal addresses and E-mails, who could be possible reviewer for the type of work presented in your above article. (iii) A certificate duly signed by all the authors is required to be submitted stating that the reported work in the paper (give title) is original and has not been submitted elsewhere for publication and authors have given proper citations to the previously published works and that in case Data/Table/Figures are quoted verbatim from some other publication, the required permission to do so has been obtained. |

(1) 应该是让你在文章中引用参考文献的number，楼主是不是有的地方没有引用，只写出作者和年份了。 (2) 让你建议两个印度和两个国外的有声望的审稿人，提供他们的完整的地址和邮箱。这杂志好奇怪，还要声明要印度的。。。 (3) 你就写 “All authors stated that the reported work in the paper (give title) is original and has not been submitted elsewhere for publication and authors have given proper citations to the previously published works and that in case Data/Table/Figures are quoted verbatim from some other publication, the required permission to do so has been obtained.” 然让所有作者签名，扫描一下跟文章一起submit就行了 当然这个statement的内容你还是要读一下，该有的permission都要有。 |
