question 1: this manuscript has a major flaw and this is lack of true replication (only one reactor per treatment) so it cannot statistically discern whether earthworms improved or not the stabilization process. question 2: DNA: please put the information on legend of figure 3 (alignment, phylogenetic method… here) Response: question 3: Results and discussion Lack of statistical tests makes this part meaningless. Sequences from the present study and close relatives were aligned by multiple alignments using CLUSTALW. 还有什么没有写清楚，我实在不清楚。 能否帮我解读审稿人到底是什么意思？本人不是微生物出身的。 谢谢啦！ |
