whenever new submissions come in I have - as editor - to decide whether I should send a paper to reviewers. For your paper I will not do so, because of too many weaknesses in language. My experience is that reviewers either decline immediately or do not respond at all or are overly critical, if they come across too many weaknesses already in the abstract. I give you the chance for language improvement. Please give your paper to a person fully fluent in English or a scientific language service.
