[求助] EP对照品纯度问题

我们买了两种EP对照品，结果瓶子和对照品文件上面未标明对照品的纯度，询问代理商，他们也不知道。不知道有木有虫友碰到过这种状况呢？你们是怎么解决的？

楼主，我个人分析如下

首先，查到了你这个标准品的leaflet，确实没有注明其纯度。到EDQM的FAQ中查询，可以看到如下解释：
If a CRS has no assigned content, this should in no case be interpreted as if the content was 100 per cent. However, when an impurity reference standard is used in a related substances test for the control of impurity, if no assigned content is stated on the label, the purity of the reference standard, for the purpose of this estimation, is considered to be 100 per cent.
总体意思，如果是用于含量测定，对照品没有标注明确纯度的情况下，决不能认为是100%。但是如果是用于杂质分析，对照品没有标注明确纯度的情况下，可以认为纯度是100%。
查询你这个物质的EP个论，可以看到，含量测定是用的滴定分析，不需要对照品。EDQM卖的这个对照品是含有杂质C的主成分，是用于杂质分析的，所以应该是纯度按100%理解。且照药典检测杂质的话，无需把这个官方对照品的纯度算进去的。没有关系的。

01. How can I find out the purity of a Ph. Eur. CRS?

The assigned content of a CRS is given in the online search catalogue and on the CRS label, when it is required to calculate the content using the prescribed test and/or assay of a prevailing European Pharmacopoeia monograph.

In other cases, values are not assigned and it cannot be assumed that the purity is 100%. However, the purity of an impurity CRS, can be assumed to be 100% for the test for related substances of the prevailing European Pharmacopoeia monograph, if the purity is not indicated. The assigned content of lyophilised preparations may be expressed as mass of pure substance per vial (eg mg/vial) or potency per vial (eg IU units/vial).
