Benzoxazine monomer containing hydroxide synthesized with salicylal and p-aminophenol as the starting materials  reacts with three phosphazene ring derivative containing active group(s) to produce the benzoxazine monomer containing three phosphazene ring structure, which in turn produce the product after curing. The T5% and T10% of the final product are 365℃ and 397℃, respectively, and the carbon residue rate of the product at 1000℃ is 48.2%. Compared with benzoxazine monomer containng no three phosphazene ring structure, the heat resistance and flame retardance increase significantly.

A hydroxyl group-containing benzoxazine monomer was synthesized as the material of Salicylaldehyde and aminophenol. And then the benzoxazine monomer containing the cyclotriphosphazene structure was prepared by the reaction contioning the activating group cyclotriphosphazene derivatives. The T5% and T10% of the product of Benzoxazine monomer-containing the cyclotriphosphazene is 365℃ and 397℃,respectively. The carbon residue rate of the product at 1000℃ is 48.2%. Compared with the similar benzoxazine monomer containng no three phosphazene ring structure, the heat resistance and flame retardance increase significantly.

To amino salicylic aldehyde and phenol as raw materials containing hydroxy benzene was synthesized and oxazine monomer; Again with ring, which contains the activation group three phosphorus nitriles reaction preparation containing benzene and oxazine ring structure to prepare three monomers containing three phosphorus nitriles ring structure of benzene and oxazine monomer after curing the product of T5 and T10 % % 365 ℃ and 397 ℃ respectively, and the 1000 ℃ carbon residue rate was 48.2%; And structure similar to but not including ring structure of benzene and oxazine monomer to prepare three compared to the significantly higher thermal stability and flame retardancy.

Compared with the benzoxazine monomer with similar structure but containng no three phosphazene ring, the heat resistance and flame retardance of this monomer increase significantly.
