[求助] ZnO压敏陶瓷XRD图分析

ZnO-Bi2O3系或者ZnO-Pr6O11系压敏陶瓷都掺杂有Co,Cr;但XRD图里为什么没有Co,Cr峰?是不是因为它们的峰值很小导致没有显示出来?还是???

XRD扫描速度放慢试试看,或者是含量太低,需要打能谱或者XRF来确定成份啦!

有可能掺杂量太低。仪器测不出来。
