水体富营养化是全球范围内的重大水环境问题,其发生过程存在临界效应.为了探讨太湖春季藻类生长的磷营养盐阈值,采用原位营养盐富集生物模拟实验,研究了太湖梅梁湾浮游植物对不同浓度磷的生长响应.结果表明:太湖春季水体氮浓度较高(TN:2.65mg/L),而磷浓度很低(TP:0.048mg/L),浮游植物主要以隐藻门和硅藻门为优势种.外源磷添加能显著的促进浮游植物生长,但存在阈值.对照组的浮游植物chl-a含量明显低于添加营磷养盐的6个处理,而添加磷营养盐0.005mg/L与0.01mg/L处理之间没有显著差异,磷浓度为0.02mg/L处理组的叶绿素含量与0.005mg/L和0.01mg/L存在显著性差异,而与磷浓度为0.04,0.06和0.08mg/L处理组之间没有显著性差异,说明磷营养盐的添加在一定程度上能够促进浮游植物的生长,但并非营养盐添加越高浮游植物生物量就越高;添加处理与对照中浮游生物的生长速率的比较结果与浮游植物生物量的相同;添加磷浓度为0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08mg/L的处理组均出现了藻类的大量生长.表明春季藻类生长的磷营养盐阈值为0.059mg/L.
Water eutrophication is the main water environmental problems in the world,and the occurrence process of it exist boundary effect.To approach the phosphorus threshold of the phytoplankton growth in Taihu Lake in spring,a in situ simulation experiment of nutrition accumulation was conducted,in order to study the effects of different concentration of phosphors on the phytoplankton in meiliang bay of Taihu Lake。There is high nitrogen concentrations in spring of Taihu Lake(TN-2.65mg/L),and low phosphorus (TP-0.048mg/L).Exogenous phosphorus enrichment could promote the growth of phytoplankton, but it exists threshold. In the control, the plytoplankton chlorophyll a concentration was significantly lower than that in the other treatments, but no significant difference was observed between treatments P-0.005mg/L and P-0.01mg/L. The plytoplankton chlorophyll a concentration of P-0.02mg/L has significant with the treanments P-0.005mg/Land P-0.01mg/L, but no significant difference was observed with others,showing that inorganic P enrichment could promote the growth of phytoplankton, but the enrichment level had little effects on the phytoplankton.The growth rate shows the same pattern as the phytoplankton chloaophyll a concentration. In treatments P-0.02, P-0.04, P-0.06, P-0.08mg/L, cyanobacteria blooms happends as expected, showing that the threshold of TP is 0.059mg/L. |
