I am very sleepy now, dozing again and again in front of the computer.

It seems a nap after lunch is very necessary for me.

I still remember when I was young, after a meal, my father would swiftly fell into sleeping, with snoring, while I was playing with my siblings. At that time, I always thought, why was dad so sleepy.

As I myself became old, I think, I am already in the stage of my fathr when I was young, sleeping for several times each day, but each time the sleeping will not last long.

taking a nap after lunch is very important and  necessary to a person's health.
In fact 20 to 30 minutes is enough.
I heard that some companies in Taiwan even provided sleeping facilities for their staff to have a break in the afternoon.
When I was a kid,my father forced me to sleep at noon but I usually got up and read some story book secretly.
But now,like you, I usually feel sleepy after lunch.Maybe I should say I am getting old.

Don't stay up so late !

I think you can go to bed early,drink some milk and turn off your phone at a regular time.As the proverb goes,early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy,wealthy and wise. certainly a nap at noon is needed.

I go to bed at 10pm,and fall asleep before 11pm everyday.I form the good habit of sleeping and will keep going.In day time£¬i feel energetic and  confident.I tell myself everynight that i should shut down the computer at 21:00.Certainly,i get up early in the morning.So early bed and early morning.Good luck to you .
