I am very sleepy now, dozing again and again in front of the computer. It seems a nap after lunch is very necessary for me. I still remember when I was young, after a meal, my father would swiftly fell into sleeping, with snoring, while I was playing with my siblings. At that time, I always thought, why was dad so sleepy. As I myself became old, I think, I am already in the stage of my fathr when I was young, sleeping for several times each day, but each time the sleeping will not last long. Sigh. |

| I go to bed at 10pm,and fall asleep before 11pm everyday.I form the good habit of sleeping and will keep going.In day time，i feel energetic and confident.I tell myself everynight that i should shut down the computer at 21:00.Certainly,i get up early in the morning.So early bed and early morning.Good luck to you . |
