I used to sleep after lunch every day, but now I stay up. Although I don't mean it at first time.

It was a usually day. But when I lay down, I cannot fall asleep. At the following days, it lasted. That's when I started to stay up.

Now I still cannot sleep at noon, but I am not that tired either. You will be fine.

I¡®m pretty young  ,but  also have the problem of sleeping ...
To begin with , now I form a babit of sleeping late at night ,mostly not early than 12:00 ,  some part bacause  two of my roommates are sleeping later than me , some part is that  i get used to  surfing the internet for too late .
That's not the worse , i'm a guy very easy to fall asleep in the class or in the library .It's not a good habit .Sleeping in the class is not polite and unrespectful to the teacher ; Sleeping in the library is wasting time and some kind of odd , but i just can't help doing it
However ,i'm not sleep the whole class , usually 10 to 15 minutes is enough to me .
And because my friends say that the one sleep too late is easier to be old , now i'm planning to off the laptop and sleep before 11:30 every night .
I think more exercise helps to improve your sleeping .
