I am very sleepy now, dozing again and again in front of the computer. It seems a nap after lunch is very necessary for me. I still remember when I was young, after a meal, my father would swiftly fell into sleeping, with snoring, while I was playing with my siblings. At that time, I always thought, why was dad so sleepy. As I myself became old, I think, I am already in the stage of my fathr when I was young, sleeping for several times each day, but each time the sleeping will not last long. Sigh. |

I‘m pretty young ,but also have the problem of sleeping ... To begin with , now I form a babit of sleeping late at night ,mostly not early than 12:00 , some part bacause two of my roommates are sleeping later than me , some part is that i get used to surfing the internet for too late . That's not the worse , i'm a guy very easy to fall asleep in the class or in the library .It's not a good habit .Sleeping in the class is not polite and unrespectful to the teacher ; Sleeping in the library is wasting time and some kind of odd , but i just can't help doing it ![]() However ,i'm not sleep the whole class , usually 10 to 15 minutes is enough to me . And because my friends say that the one sleep too late is easier to be old , now i'm planning to off the laptop and sleep before 11:30 every night . I think more exercise helps to improve your sleeping . best wishes ! |

taking a nap after lunch is very important and necessary to a person's health. In fact 20 to 30 minutes is enough. I heard that some companies in Taiwan even provided sleeping facilities for their staff to have a break in the afternoon. ![]() When I was a kid,my father forced me to sleep at noon but I usually got up and read some story book secretly. ![]() But now,like you, I usually feel sleepy after lunch.Maybe I should say I am getting old. ![]() Don't stay up so late ! ![]() [ Last edited by silence2002 on 2013-3-13 at 08:09 ] |
