求助一个审稿意见

审稿意见如下，没看到具体的意见，给主编发邮件也没有回复，怎么办呢？ Dear XXX, After consulting experienced reviewers and our own assessment of the paper, I regret to inform you that I must advise against publication of your work in its current form. This 'revise and resubmit' decision is based on the evaluation. If you are interested in further evaluating and rewriting the paper, addressing the comments of the reviewers, we encourage you to submit the new manuscript to XXX. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision. Please note that the resubmission does not guarantee acceptance. Revised papers may be sent to the previous and new reviewers based on the level of changes. Authors are expected to address any new comments after the review. Upon receiving your revision, I will go for another round of review with the same referees and ask their opinions. Please attach a response (revision notes) stating how the revision requests of referees have been addressed in the new version of the paper. If you have any questions please let me know. I thank you again for considering our Journal for publication of your papers. I look forward to receiving your revised paper.
