[交流] Which cuisine do you like the most?why?

There are eight famous Chinese cuisine,
They are Sichuan cuisine,Hunan cuisine,Shandong cuisine,Jiangsu cuisine,Guangdong cuisine,Zhejiang cuisine,Fujian cuisine,Anhui cuisine.

Which cuisine do you like the most?why?

I like Sichuan cuisine the most,because it's hot and spicy ,and tastes strong.
Of course Chongqin chafing dish is quite delicious！

I am fond of Cantonese cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Italian cuisine, French cuisine (although I cannot afford to eat the high class french food like truffles.)
It is known that the quality of the food materials can be easily recognized if they are cooked with lighter sauce. So the Cantonese food is good and the Japanese food is better. But no offense the quality of materials for sichuan cuisine is not so trusty. The reason is simple: in terms of Japanese food especially the sashimi, only the most fresh materials could be used, otherwise it would taste weird or stale. However, as for sichuan food, the spoilage of food could be easliy covered by the pepper and other spicy sauce.

I love Anhui cuisine first, Hunan cuisine second, Sichuan cuisine the third. Anhui cuisine is gentle, natural and nutrient; Hunan cuisine is spicy but gives off special aroma; Sichuan cuisine includes various food cooked in different ways.

i am from yangzhou of jiangsu province, and i love my hometown very much. as for cuisines, i prefer to jiangsu cuisine, which represents hometown\'s taste.
