There are eight famous Chinese cuisine, They are Sichuan cuisine,Hunan cuisine,Shandong cuisine,Jiangsu cuisine,Guangdong cuisine,Zhejiang cuisine,Fujian cuisine,Anhui cuisine. Which cuisine do you like the most?why?  I like Sichuan cuisine the most,because it's hot and spicy ,and tastes strong.
