Yangzhou is a good place and Slender West Lake is very famous.

I am fond of Cantonese cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Italian cuisine, French cuisine (although I cannot afford to eat the high class french food like truffles.)
It is known that the quality of the food materials can be easily recognized if they are cooked with lighter sauce. So the Cantonese food is good and the Japanese food is better. But no offense the quality of materials for sichuan cuisine is not so trusty. The reason is simple: in terms of Japanese food especially the sashimi, only the most fresh materials could be used, otherwise it would taste weird or stale. However, as for sichuan food, the spoilage of food could be easliy covered by the pepper and other spicy sauce.

Yes,good point!

Cantonese cuisine and Japanese cuisine retain quite a lot of their original taste and flavor which provides good nutrition.

In addition,It is easy to recognize the qulity of  food materials of Gongdong cuisine and Japanese cuisine.

It seems that you are a  gourmand.
