以半夏为君药的方剂应用广泛，但这些方剂的药效物质基础尚不清楚，目前也没有相关的质量标准，通过中药现代化技术解决这些问题，对于指导临床应用具有重要意义，也可为中成药的开发提供质量标准的借鉴。对半夏（P.ternata）生物碱的研究已经做了大量工作，但是还有很多问题没有突破，如对生物碱的分离方法还不够成熟。但同属植物掌叶半夏(P.pedatisecta)中生物碱分离方法成熟，可借鉴其分离方法进行更深入的研究。 请大家帮忙翻译一下，非常感谢！！ |
