corrosion science 的审稿意见看不懂

I regret to inform you that this paper remains below the standard required for consideration by Corrosion Science and I must reject it. The paper cannot be sent for review in this state because reviewers would reject it outright. If the paper is to be considered, it must show the rigour required of all papers in this journal. That is mandatory for all manuscripts under consideration. |
