请问各位高手,有哪一种量子点是在500激发,发射峰在600+的位置的

Thank you for your useful reference. As we know, the emission of QDs can be near- infrared. However, the excitiation range usually was 400-480 nm. such as your ref.2. Making the 500 nm excitaion was a big problem for me. I wish you can give me some advices.

Since semiconductor QDs possess a wide excitation range, thus as soon as you can have QD with emission above 600 nm, they can serve your purpose '量子点是在500激发,发射峰在600+的位置'.
So you have many choices, such as CdTe, CdSe QDs, you just need to control their core size. 量子点的激发光谱很宽,只要发射是在600nm就可以了。可用CdSe/ZnS

I think it is just a matter of excitation efficiency at different wavelength. It is normal that he more bule the excitation wavelength you choose, the lower brightness will the QDs be. Once you have QDs with large quantum yield (e.g., QY > 20%), I do not think it can be a big issue for your experiment, even in single particle imaging experiment with the common lasers, 488 nm or even 532 nm.
