[求助] FT-IR 英文问题 求大神解答 急急急急急急急

Imagine the following hypothetical scenario you are facing as a scientist:
There is a chance that a mining waste containing arsenic (in the form of arsenate) leaked out and is contaminating the soil around the mining site. This soil is rich in iron (predominantly in the form of the mineral goethite).

Using any vibrational spectroscopic (FT-IR spectroscopy, FT-IR microspectroscopy,
Raman  spectroscopy,  Raman  microspectroscopy)  technique,  combined  with  pH
measurements, you should investigate whether the soil absorbs the arsenate on its
surface or not (or extrapolating the other way around: whether arsenate can reach the
ground water and get into the water supplies, or not as it is bound to the mineral).

Describe how you would attempt to solve this problem: What experiments would you use? What vibrational spectroscopic technique (or techniques) would you use and what kind of results would you expect from them? What are the limitations? What other  experimental  techniques  would  you  use  to  complement  your  vibrational spectroscopic study and why?
