½ð³æ (СÓÐÃûÆø)

[½»Á÷] I am planning to lose weight.

I'v gained more than 3.5 kilograms over the last 3 months, which makes me feel guilty. I'm making a plan to lose weight. I'll go on a diet and do aerobics like jogging, swimming or working out in a gym. I hope I can lose more than 5 kilograms in the next month.
It's really disturbing that once I lack exercises or return to my regular diet, I tend to gain the weight back very quickly. Then I must bother to get rid of it again. How unfair and troublesome it is!

I dont know the go on diet was good to your health, but I think the aerobics is very good.
On the other hand, most of the girl dont lose weight at all, but for becoming more and more beautiful to force to do it. I think its  unnecessary. Health is the most important for our life I think!
But I am very admired your spirit!

I agree with you . Keeping a healthy body is the most importent.
As far as i'm concerned , almost every girl prefers  to be  hot  ,beautiful  and perfect. Me ,too! But it's not necessary to get upset because of gainning weight or losing to go on a diet . Always we won't get what we want . Carry on ,and you will succeed step by step !

I don't think it is a good thing for you to lose more than 5 kilograms in a month.
