散金20求帮忙设计兼并引物

有哪位虫友会用CODEHOP和iCODEHOP设计简并引物,散金20求帮助帮忙设计几对引物。(自己之前试着设计了一下,效果都不好),所以想请教高手。 我需要克隆一个酰胺酶,目前知道能催化我的底物的菌种的酰胺酶有两种(下述A,B),但导师让我做的菌种中有该酶的活性,但是这种菌的全基因组不知道,与A,B的同源性相差甚远。以下C,D,E,F,G••••••是我根据A为模版blast后的酰胺酶序列,从中挑选的与我手中的菌都属于同一纲的菌,同源性从高到低排列的,但和A的相似性很低。 http://www.kazusa.or.jp/codon/cg ...
