[求助] 红外光谱与分子二级结构

看文献说，在1630波数处有峰就证明有β-sheet结构的存在，小弟知道这里代表的是胺基I带峰，但是小弟愚昧实在搞不清楚为什么就能说存在β-折叠呢？！求教ing！

附：
1，原文：Spectral analysis of the assemblies showed a sharp 1630 cm1
peak at the amide I region. This peak is consistent with a β-sheet–like conformation of the single amide bond.
