急求单位回聘证明！ 已有1人参与

亲爱的兄弟姐妹，我有三个问题请教大家： 1. 办理赴英签证，不知道单位的回聘证明具体怎么写？是要用有本人工作单位抬头的纸张打印吗？签证办理时需要中英文都有吗？有哪位虫友成功申请签证用过的，能否分享一下呢？谢谢！ 2. 在职证明、工资证明、职称证明是和回聘证明写到一起，还是每一个都分开写呢？这些如果都需要单写，也需要有工作单位的抬头的纸张打印吗？ 3. 这些证明，大家盖的哪个部门的章？在英文的证明上面，单位的章还用翻译吗？ 不胜感激哦！期待大家的回复！ |

1. 单位应该有模板，如果你不是第一个出国公派的老师。 This is to certify that the position of 名字 as a teacher/职务 will be reserved in 学校University, during she/he visiting in UK from..to..时期. Furthermore, she/he will have the same job when she/he returns to China. 2. 可以写在一起，单位出证明的话，都是用工作单位的抬头打印。 This is to certify that 名字 is a teacher of 学校 University, 负责...课程 courses. Her/His personal income tax has been deducted and paid by the university, and her/his after-tax income is as listed below: Monthly salary about: Annual salary about: Year-end bonus about: Annual total income about: 3. 一般是人事处。英文版证明信中落款 就是章的翻译吧。 |

不会的，一般签证官可能不会看你的，但是有备无患。回聘证明一般单独一页纸，可以用单位抬头的信纸打印，如果你没有，就自己做一个单位的logo在页眉，彩色打印出来。给你一个我们单位的回聘证明模板： May.30, 2012 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN This is to certify that Mr. **** is an associate professor of Public Management Institute, **** University. **’s studies are concentrated in the field of the modernization of traditional Confucianism. Mr. **** has been awarded a scholarship under the State Scholarship Fund to pursue his research in the United Kingdom as an academic visitor. The awardee was selected through a rigid academia evaluation process organized by China Scholarship Council (CSC) in 2011. Mr. **’s salary income is about 100,000 RMB yuan a year. In accordance with the laws and regulations and related policies, **** University has agreed on his sending to U.K. for studying and his position in the institution will be reserved during his absence. 我当时出国时这样写的： To whom it may concern, This is to certify that Mr. XXX, born on December X, 19XX, is a professor of molecular biology in Department of XXX, College of XXX, XXXXX University. He joined this university in July 1999. Since then he has been working on research and teaching of molecular biology in the university. He is currently paid a salary of RMB 5,000 per month. Mr.XXX has obtained one-year scholarship from China Scholarship Council (CSC) and will go to XXX University in XXX to pursue his research as a visiting scholar in September 2007 for a period of 12 months. CSC will provide him with all necessary financial support. The university has approved his leave of absence for a period of 12 months (from Sept. 2007 to Sept. 2008). We will return his position during his stay in Sweden and continue to employ him when he returns to China. Sincerely yours, XXXX Vice President XXXX university |

不需要写标题，用单位公函信纸就可以了，回聘证明、在职证明和收入证明都包括了。这是当时我爱人单位的回聘证明。 To whom it may concern, This is to certify that XXX, female, born on October X, 19XX, has been working in our hospital as a registered nurse since 19XX. Mrs. X’s current salary is XXX RMB per month. The hospital is aware of her plan to accompany her husband to XXX in September 20XX, and has approved her leave for 12 months. We will retain her position during her stay in XXX and continue to employ her when she returns to China. Sincerely yours, XXXX Director of Personnel Division XXXXXXXX |
