我当时出国时这样写的：
To whom it may concern,

This is to certify that Mr. XXX, born on December X, 19XX, is a professor of molecular biology in Department of XXX, College of XXX, XXXXX University. He joined this university in July 1999. Since then he has been working on research and teaching of molecular biology in the university. He is currently paid a salary of RMB 5,000 per month.

Mr.XXX has obtained one-year scholarship from China Scholarship Council (CSC) and will go to XXX University in XXX to pursue his research as a visiting scholar in September 2007 for a period of 12 months. CSC will provide him with all necessary financial support.

The university has approved his leave of absence for a period of 12 months (from Sept. 2007 to Sept. 2008). We will return his position during his stay in Sweden and continue to employ him when he returns to China.

不需要写标题，用单位公函信纸就可以了，回聘证明、在职证明和收入证明都包括了。这是当时我爱人单位的回聘证明。

The hospital is aware of her plan to accompany her husband to XXX in September 20XX, and has approved her leave for 12 months. 单位的公章就不用翻译了吧？直接盖上就OK？

领导的签名是不是要英文的？用把中文的也写上吗？

不需要。去欧洲国家国家，是留学服务中心代为递交签证材料，我因为是带家属出去，所以自己去大使馆递交材料的，最后，出国前去留学服务中心报销签证费

签名中文或英文都可以，看领导的习惯了，我们学校领导签的中文
