Running, I think about it for years, however, never do it by myself.
I am too be in the room and seldom go out for a little break of the fresh air.

Don't think, just do it.

A minimum 120 minutes exercise for each day is highly recommended, and before too late, one full glass of warm water, and good breakfast are the keys to support continous good health, most people fail doing this will regret when lying in the hospital soon out later.
