[交流] so water this afternoon

watered some posts this afternoon and felt a little boring and tired,i plan to do some running after finishing the work today~~~~

Don't think, just do it.

A minimum 120 minutes exercise for each day is highly recommended, and before too late, one full glass of warm water, and good breakfast are the keys to support continous good health, most people fail doing this will regret when lying in the hospital soon out later.

running should be in the morning. late running may cause you to breath too much waste air.

it is a verd good idea to relax our body.  but it is very difficult to persist in one month for me.
